Who are you really?

Have you ever talked to your neighbors? I mean really talked to them?

I know few of my neighbors but it seems like I don't truly know who they are. When I come home from school the last thing that I want to do is talk to someone because I either have way too much homework, way too much on my mind or I am just not in the mood to be talking to someone.

There is such a social disconnect among people it is nuts. Yes we have blogs, twitter, Facebook, emails, ims and various other things that keep us "connected." This is not a real interaction among people. No matter how much you are addicted to such outlets there is still a little bit of a person that wants physical contact with a real human.

I got to thinking that if anything did happen to me no body would think to come check on me. I am also guilty of not being there for them either. Yes I do smile and wave as I pass them but nobody ever just stops and just talks about the weather and various other things.

We need to get back to those days where you trust your neighbors with your property and will trust that if you see something strange at their place that you would call them and then call the cops.

Ghosts

Have you ever felt like someone was watching you?

Ever felt that you are not alone?

I know both of those feelings. I have ghosts/spirits what ever you want to call them living in my house. Yup you heard me right. There are ghosts living in my house. They love to just hang out with me to keep me company. There is a little kid that lives there and they get shy when ever one of my friends comes over. I can't seem to tell if the kid is a male or a female but trusts me very much.

I have always seen them and been aware of them since I was a little girl. I will never forget the time that I saw one walking around my house. Even waved hi to me. It didn't even bother me even at such a young age.

Last summer my man and I went on a trip and one of the places that we went to was the Winchester house in San Jouse, CA and I swear I was greeted by Sarah Winchester herself when I went into her bedroom. We did the grand tour of the house and the grounds and one of the stops was the bedroom that Sarah slept in till she slept in till she passed away. I had stuck around in the room just to look around (the group hadn't gone far) and I noticed someone came from the closet on the other side of the room. Now it was impossible for anyone to be close to the closet because no one was allowed behind the velvet rope or they would have gotten busted for it, and I was the only person who was physically in the room. So I turned towards the closet and I saw Sarah standing there looking me over. I know what she looked like because of the research I have done about her house.

I had seen a special on the Travel Channel about the history of the house. It was so interesting that I had started doing my own research about it and they had photos of her. Sarah and I just stood there staring at each other and all of a sudden she got a smile on her face and pointed behind me. At that moment my man came back into the room to tell me that I had to catch up to the group cause they were moving to a different room.

So a question for you guys: have you ever had an experience with a spirit/ghost?

Lost and confused.

24 years old almost 25 and I have nothing good to prove for my life. I don't have a job, I can't drive and I am pretty much failing out of college. I can't handle the stress right now. My parents do nothing but bitch at me about how I need to bust my ass by getting a job, driving and working harder in college. I have started applying for different places and they don't seem to believe me that I have applied to different places. It is tempting to just leave this place and just live on the streets. They seem to have it better and it is easier for them.

My advice is that people need to figure out that they shouldn't be so hard on others because you don't know what battle they are going through. Some have it easy and others are just holding on by their finger nails. So be nice to everyone you meet. Give them a smile it would make their day if they are having a bad day or not.

Relationship Quotes

I have complied a list of different relationship quotes. Please enjoy.

Long Distance Relationship Quotes

Love is not about having someone, but protecting them, and making them happy.. Even you are being apart in miles

The scariest thing about distance is that you don’t know whether they’ll miss you or forget you

Missing someone is a part of loving them. If you're never apart, you'll never really know how strong your love is.

Distance between two hearts is not an obstacle, it's a beautiful reminder of just how strong true love can be

Distance.. It is just a test of how far love can travel.

No. Im not single. Im in a long distance relationship because my boyfriend lives in the future.

Distance never separates two hearts that really care, for our memories span the miles and in seconds we are there....

You can’t stop loving someone, but if they’re bad for you, then you need to leave them, and love them from a distance.

No matter how far apart we are, we will always be together. I carry you in my heart every second of every day.

Distance doesn't kill relationships, doubts do.

Distance means nothing when someone means everything.

When you really love someone, age, distance, height, weight is just a number.

Don't follow your heart, follow your mind - 'cause you can't control who you love, but you have complete control over who you hate.

Love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation.
- Khalil Gibran.

If someone doesn't appreciate your presence, maybe you should give them your absence.

Love isn't just about hugs and kisses. It's about trust, compromises, sacrifices & the will for the relationship to last.

"If ever there is tomorrow when we're not together. There is something you must always remember. You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we're apart... I'll always be with you."

Spending time apart from someone shows you how much you really need them in your life.

To those who love us best.

Justin Beiber

Justin Beiber. Those are two words that can send any pre-teen or teenage girl into a tizzy. As a 24 year old almost 25 year old female I don't understand the attraction to his looks or to his music. I grew up when there artists that actually had somewhat decent music. Justin was first discovered by Usher when Justin had uploaded a video to youtube singing a song. This gave those unsigned artists hope that they would get noticed but to those that are still there praying for their chance here is a piece of advice: DON'T SELL OUT!!!!

That is the biggest piece of advice. People think that they need to change who they are once they get noticed.

School.

Why is it that we need to have any kind of History class after High School? Unless you are a History major then I understand. I am looking over all the classes that I need for general education classes and most don't make sense. Wouldn't the History classes that I had in High School enough to last me long enough?

Life

Life sucks. As hard I try to make my life somewhat normal there is always something that comes along and knocks what I have accomplished into dust and I have to start all over again. Right now all I want to do is curl up and die. Nothing seems to be going right and it is making me depressed. Where is this God that people talk about? Where is he in the time of need? I am just fed up with how shitty my life is. No one seems to realize that I have changed and stuff that I have done in the past is not who I am today and not what I do now.

If there is anyone reading this please let me know what you have done to get over the rough times in your life. I need some advice on how to deal with this.

I am a full time student and I am currently jobless at the moment. Most of my "free" is spent doing homework. My parents don't realize that I am having a hard time with my classes so they decide that they will bother me every few minutes to ask me something or to do something. I have been drinking nothing but coffee for the last four weeks just to keep me awake. I have never really gotten any kind of sleep in the past but because of this semester I sleep maybe three hours out of the night because I have so much going on in my life that I just can't keep up.
